The internet is split over a scene in which Meghan Markle is speaking to a royal aide; some claim that the duchess comes across as "passive aggressive."

The internet is divided over videos showing Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, chatting with an assistant.

On September 10, as the Duchess of Sussex, the Prince and Princess of Wales, and her husband, Prince Harry, were addressing mourners stationed outside Windsor Castle, the event took place.

Meghan Markle's "Passive Aggressive" Exchange With Royal Aide

In a video that was extensively posted on Twitter, Meghan Markle was seen speaking to the crowd while holding a bouquet of pink roses when an aide approached her from behind. The Duchess may be seen whirling around rapidly and appearing to have a brief expression of irritation on her face, according to several social media users.

Before ultimately grinning, nodding, and turning around to face the audience, Meghan Markle murmured a few words to the assistant while pointing in one way. As the Sussexes and Wales addressed the audience following the passing of Queen Elizabeth II, it wasn't the only video to cause controversy.

The footage of Meghan appeared to be ignored by a mourner split social media. One woman was seen lowering her gaze as the Duchess passed in the video that was shared on Twitter.

After shaking her head, she gave a woman sitting next to her a knowing glance. The video ignited a heated discussion on social media, with Twitter users having differing opinions about the exchange.

Others said that the Duchess had been the victim of rude conduct. Another observer remarked that, given the circumstances, the mourner behaved politely, as per 7 News.

Thousands of people had gathered in front of the palace to greet the royals, hoping to lure them in. Prince William and Prince Harry's names were repeatedly sung by the jubilant throng.

Several videos of the royals' visit went viral, including one in which Meghan Markle is heard talking to a staff member while holding a bunch of flowers, according to Wales Online. The Duchess of Sussex's remarks caused a frantic internet debate although it is obvious that it was a kind remark to the staffer who had offered to remove the flowers.

In a widely read tweet, Meghan Markle seems to be claiming that she promised a member of the public that she would place flowers at the gate.

The couples were solemn when they initially arrived and started reading the letters given to the Queen; but, when they spoke to the passionate audience, they seemed happier. While Meghan and Harry spoke to guests on one side of the gates, Prince William and Kate Middleton spoke on the other. After that, the couples split up into their assigned groups.

When speaking to the crowd and reading tributes, Prince William and Prince Harry both lightly placed their hands on their spouses' backs to demonstrate support for them.

A young person in the audience was also spotted hugging the Duchess of Sussex tightly. After a brief conversation, Meghan Markle was seen reassuring her by placing her hand on her shoulder. The trio was there for a little over 40 minutes in all, and when they left, the crowd chanted, "Hip, hip, hooray".

Will Prince Harry, Meghan Markle's Children Come to UK?

It has been rumored that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle would fly Archie and Lilibet to the UK for the Queen's burial. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who reside in the US, are said to have confirmed they will remain in Britain until the end of the royal mourning period, which ends seven days after the service on September 19 and lasts for one month.

Archie, 3, and Lilibet, 1, the couple's children, are still living with Doria Ragland, 66, in California and have already been separated from their parents for more than a week. Their parents were about to wrap up a quick trip to Europe when the Queen passed away on Thursday.

The Sussexes are currently deciding whether Doria and the kids should take a flight to the UK, according to The Telegraph. The Duke and Duchess would remain in the UK for the duration of the period of royal mourning, the couple's spokesman said, The Express reported yesterday. Meghan Markle and Prince Harry had only expected to be away from their Montecito mansion for seven days for their mini European tour, in which they were supporting various charities close to their hearts, according to Mirror.
