According to recent whistleblowers who met with Sen. Ron Johnson, the FBI purposefully delayed the Hunter Biden probe and instructed agents not to investigate the Hunter Biden laptop.

According to whistleblower accusations made public Wednesday by Sen. Ron Johnson, FBI leaders urged investigators not to examine first son Hunter Biden's notorious laptop for months, swearing that the bureau would not affect the outcome of the election again (R-Wis.)

"These additional claims present even more evidence of FBI misconduct and rekindle demands for you to take immediate steps to examine the FBI's activities concerning the laptop," Johnson wrote to Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz in a letter.

FBI Allegedly Slowed Hunter Biden Laptop Probe

Individuals with information told the senator's staff that local FBI leadership had slowed the laptop inquiry after it was discovered from a Wilmington, Del. repair shop in December 2019, as per New York Post. These whistleblowers said that when the FBI got the Hunter Biden laptop from the Wilmington, DE computer store, local FBI leadership notified staff, "You will not look into the Hunter Biden laptop," Johnson wrote to Horowitz, and the FBI "will not affect the outcome of the election again."

Johnson has asked Horowitz to investigate the FBI's handling of the Hunter Biden laptop. "While I appreciate your reluctance to explore an issue that may be relevant to a current investigation, it is evident to me that the FBI cannot be trusted with the custody of Hunter Biden's laptop," Johnson stated.

In February 2021, Horowitz informed Johnson that the OIG will not examine the FBI's handling of the laptop in order not to interfere with the Department of Justice's investigation into Hunter Biden's tax issues. The fresh charges follow whistleblower allegations in July that the FBI branded the laptop as 'disinformation' in the run-up to the 2020 election.

Timothy Thibault ordered the closure of one avenue of negative Hunter Biden reports in October 2020, one month before the election. Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, said in a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray and Attorney General Merrick Garland that a senior FBI agent at the bureau's Washington Field Office who handled whistleblower allegations. According to the whistleblower, Thibault shut down the probe despite proof that some of the claims were real, according to Daily Mail.

More Whistleblowers Speak Out Against DOJ, FBI

Rep. Jim Jordan has stated that 14 whistleblowers are coming forward against the DOJ and FBI. More and more whistleblowers are emerging from hiding to speak out against the DOJ and FBI.

FBI field offices in Miami, Salt Lake City, Buffalo, and Newark are facing claims that their higher management pressured agents to sign false affidavits, exaggerated terrorism caseloads to boost their seeming performance, participated in illegal sexual acts, or disguised those of others.

"The FBI is out of control, and its culture and structure must alter." "Not only is the political prejudice out of control and disgustingly evident, but the FBI is well aware that they will not be held accountable for their unlawful activity and wrongdoing," one whistleblower alleged in a letter to Rep. Louis Gohmert (R-Texas). She also said that FBI Director Christopher Wray disregarded her sexual misconduct complaints, BPR reported.
