After a new Jeffrey Epstein victim peaks out and drags Prince Andrew into the sexual trafficking lawsuit, Prince William reportedly wants to permanently ban his uncle from royal life.

According to reports, Prince William is attempting to guarantee that Prince Andrew steps down fully from his function as a royal in the aftermath of his continuing sex scandal.

The Duke of York resigned from royal responsibilities when the Queen stripped him of his military titles and HRH status in January following a sex scandal. Prince Andrew disputed the charges and later reached an out-of-court settlement with his accuser. The settlement does not constitute an admission of guilt.

Prince William looks to be taking a more active part in keeping Prince Andrew behind closed doors. According to Daily Mail, Prince William has strong feelings about the Duke of York and feels that his determination on clinging to a public position is very perilous for the institution.

Another person, a friend, claimed that Prince William would have cut Prince Andrew lose a long time ago if it had been up to him. This comes after Prince Andrew was allegedly enraged when he was denied access to the ornate Garter Day parade at Windsor Castle earlier this month.

The Duke of York was not visible in public at the event as Prince Charles and Prince William reportedly persuaded the Queen to keep Prince Andrew hidden. After anticipating to be a part of the celebration, Prince Andrew was claimed to be saddened and perplexed by the decision; it was presumably a last-minute decision from the Queen as Andrew had allegedly been placed on the Order of Service.

Prince Andrew has previously missed the Queen's Platinum Jubilee festivities due to a positive COVID-19 test. When it comes to Andrew's future as a royal, sources indicate that William and Charles agree on his public position.

They also have similar perspectives on the family's future vision, according to another insider, who added that William is "totally on the same page as his father, always has been, always will be."

It comes as Prince William and Kate Middleton prepare to relocate from Kensington Palace to Adelaide Cottage near Windsor Castle in the coming weeks, easing William into taking on additional responsibilities from the Queen as she struggles with mobility concerns. The Cambridges are supposed to spend time with the monarch as a family, and Prince William is said to call his grandmother many times a week, as per Mirror.

Prince Andrew's New Legal Battle

Prince Andrew is facing new legal challenges after attorneys representing an alleged victim of Jeffrey Epstein threatened to serve him with court documents yesterday. Caroline Kaufman, 28, alleges Jeffrey Epstein raped her when she was 17 in December 2010.

Her agents claim that Prince Andrew paid a visit to the pedophile financier in his New York house on the same night, and they are demanding a response from the Duke. During the visit, he was photographed inside the Upper East Side home, and Kaufman's supporters think he may testify.

The court lawsuit makes no charge of misconduct against Duke, nor does it assert that he was aware of an assault on Kaufman. Her lawyer, Spencer Kuvin, said he would consider presenting Andrew with legal paperwork to extract a statement.

Kaufman said in her lawsuit against Epstein's $630 million inheritance, filed in Manhattan Federal Court, that she was invited to his home for a modeling interview. She claims she was then escorted to a massage parlor, where the billionaire reportedly raped her, Express reported.
