While many people believe that Britain's Prince Harry and Prince William are the only two offspring of Crown Prince Charles, this is not the case; the two brothers also have two step-siblings.

The existence of Prince Harry and Prince William's two half-siblings isn't strictly a secret; nonetheless, despite Harry and William being the world's most renowned brothers, few people are aware of them.

Prince Charles' Secret Siblings

Through their father's marriage to Camilla Parker, the future Queen Consort, who shares the two children with her ex-husband Andrew Parker Bowles, Prince Harry, and Prince William have another brother and sister. Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, married army officer Bowles from 1973 to 1995, and the couple had two children, Tom Parker-Bowles, 47, and Laura Lopes, 44.

Despite their mother's marriage to Prince Charles, the future King of the United Kingdom, Tom and Laura have rather ordinary lives; Tom works as a culinary writer and critic, and Laura works as an art curator.

While Tom and Laura keep a quiet profile in their daily lives, they are known to be close to their step-brothers Harry and William; both brothers attended Laura's wedding in 2006, and Laura also served as a bridesmaid at William and Kate's royal wedding in 2011.

Laura and Tom have thriving jobs outside of the royal limelight, but the siblings are close with the family and can be seen at major events regularly. The step-children of Prince Charles made their first public appearance when they appeared for official portraits during their mother's royal wedding and have since stayed mostly unnoticed.

Who is Tom Parker Bowles?

Tom was born on December 18, 1974, and is the oldest of the two siblings. Tom, like his stepbrothers Prince William and Prince Harry, went to Eton before proceeding to Oxford University to study. Tom fell in love with cooking soon after graduation and went on to have a successful career as a food writer and critic, writing several cookbooks.

He has served as a judge on television cooking shows and as the culinary critic for the Mail on Sunday. Tom married Sara Buys, a fashion editor, in 2005, and they have two children, Lola and Freddy, Geo News reported.

Who Is Laura Parker Bowles?

Laura went to a Catholic girl's school in Dorset before heading to Oxford Brookes University to study History of Art and Marketing.

She began her career as a motorsport journalist for Tatler before going into the art world, managing The Space Gallery in London and then co-founding and serving as director of London's Eleven Gallery in 2005. Laura married Harry Lopes in 2006 after he graduated from Eton College and worked as a model before going on to become a chartered accountant, according to Mirror.

Will Camilla Parker Bowles' Children Inherit Royal Titles?

If Tom and Laura gain titles from their mother when her husband, Prince Charles, becomes King, they will be propelled even farther into the spotlight. Tom Parker Bowles and Laura Lopes are not members of the Royal Family and live private lives.

"We have never, ever had children of a King or Queen who remained untitled-so that will be interesting," royal critic Brian Hoey has previously stated. Hoey believes this might be the case, but the kind of title is unclear.

The titles of the Duchess of Cornwall are reliant on her spouse and cannot be handed down through her family. Despite their mother's rank, her children are not royals because they have not married into the Royal Family and are not blood relations, as per Express.
