America's most anticipated sports event, the NFL Super Bowl, has just happened, which showcased a thrilling championship contest between the LA Rams and the Cincinnati Bengals at the SoFi Stadium in Inglewood.

This Sunday's Super Bowl 56 at SoFi Stadium, like the previous ones, marked another memorable event for the spectators, with its incredible Halftime Show that tapped into millennial nostalgia that showcased the biggest names in the music industry.

In case you missed it, here is a recap of the highlights of the grand event:

One More Ring For Taylor Rapp

After four exciting quarters, the LA Rams beat the Cincinnati Bengals with a final score of 23-20. But for free safety Taylor Rapp, there's another reason to celebrate. As the team celebrated their championship victory, the 24-year old athlete got down on a knee and proposed to his long-time girlfriend, Dani Johnson, on the field.

The team posted a video of the romantic moment, just in time for Valentine, with the caption "MORE THAN ONE RING TONIGHT!"

In March 2021, as per CBS News, Rapp posted a tribute on Instagram for his girlfriend, who he considers as the person who holds him "accountable" and makes sure that he stays true to himself "no matter what."

Eminem's Moment

Aside from Rapp, there's another personality who dropped on his knee.

The Halftime Show featured excellent performances by iconic rappers Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Mary J. Blige, Kendrick Lamar, and 50 Cent.

However, per NBC Los Angeles, one part of the performance that has drawn mixed reactions was when Eminem knelt on one knee towards the end of his "Lose Yourself" performance.

Former quarterback Colin Kaepernick, who knelt during the national anthem during games in 2016, was the first to make the gesture known on the NFL sidelines as a form of protest.

Eminem's action sparked outrage on social media, with many people reacting to rumors that the rapper had disobeyed the NFL's effort to prevent him from kneeling. But NFL spokesman Brian McCarthy clarified that the league was aware of the rapper's performance plans.

He expressed on Instagram how he was blown by what he called the "greatest" halftime show he witnessed.

"OMG!!!!!!!!! WOW WOW WOW!!!!!!!! THE GREATEST HALFTIME SHOW IVE EVER SEEN!!!

See You at The White House, Rams!

After the crucial game, the President of the United States, Joe Biden, congratulated the champions on social media, and he's looking forward to meeting them.

"Congrats to the @RamsNFL on your Super Bowl victory - I look forward to having you at the White House. What do you say, @SecondGentleman?" he tweeted.

Bennifer's Sweetness

Meanwhile, the Super Bowl also became the pre-valentines date night for many Americans, including celebrity couple Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck.

Their appearance came after J.Lo revealed in a weekend newsletter that Affleck made an early Valentine's Day gift for her--- a personalized music video for her song "On My Way" from her latest film, according to People.
