The Cleveland Cavaliers are reportedly looking to trade Dion Waiters and Alonzo Gee before the Feb. 20 deadline.  The "massive dysfunction" in Cleveland's front office has the team scrambling to make a trade and help get back into playoff contention, BasketballInsiders.com reports.

"The Cavaliers are open for business.  The two names mentioned most around the league are second year guard Dion Waiters and veteran forward Alonzo Gee," Steve Kyler of BasketballInsiders.com wrote on Wednesday.  "Waiters and lead guard Kyrie Irving (have) not meshed well together and the Cavs seem to be accepting that moving Waiters has to happen."

Waiters has been the subject of trade rumors since November.  The second-year guard reportedly doesn't have the best relationship with his teammates and hasn't meshed well with All-Star Kyrie Irving.

"Waiters feels that while Irving is allowed to get away with loafing defensively, making turnovers and taking bad shots, he is taken out of games for such things," ESPN's Chris Broussard wrote on Nov. 28.  "Waiters has shared his views with (coach Mike) Brown and (general manager Chris) Grant."

Gee is also on the market.  The acquisition of Luol Deng has reduced Gee's playing time and makes the 26-year-old small forward expendable.

Veteran Anderson Varejao could also find himself on another team before the trade deadline.

"The Cavs have been reluctant to include (Varejao) in trade talks, but sources around the situation say the massive dysfunction in Cleveland has them listening to a lot of things they normally wouldn't," Kyler wrote.  "The Cavs look like they are sellers, the question is do they get a deal in at the deadline or does business get pushed off to the draft."

Waiters is averaging 14.2 points per game, and Gee is averaging 3.2 points per game.
