The latest LG-built Google Nexus 5 is winning several hearts for its great design and features. The device, which debuted in black and white color variants, was widely rumored to be coming in multiple colors. But soon this report of Nexus 5 in multiple colors was proven to be a fake. An official entry of the smartphone in a bright red color has got fans interested. The red Nexus 5 comes just ahead of Valentine's Day, a new gifting option for the in-love couples!

The Google Play Store sells both 16GB and 32GB models with shipping in 1 to 2 business days. The black and white color options were available since the device made its entry in the market, but the bright red color is definitely surprising. The price of the stylish new red Nexus 5 is same as its other variants, $349 for 16GB in the U.S. and INR 28,999 ($465) in India. The 32 GB model sells for $399 in the U.S. and INR 32,999 ($528) in India.

"The Nexus line has always been about doing things differently and consumers who share this philosophy have been our most loyal fans," Dr. Jong-seok Park, President and CEO of LG Electronics Mobile Communications Company, said in a press statement released to PR Newswire. "We're carrying this thinking over to the red Nexus 5, which we think will catch the eye of consumers who want to make an even bolder statement."

As for its specs, Nexus 5 features a stunning 5-inch full HD IPS display with 445 ppi. The camera is 1.3-megapixel in the front and 8-megapixel with Optical Image Stabilization at the rear. It is powered by 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core chipset and uses Adreno 330 clocked at 450MHz for Graphic alongside 2GB RAM.
