In a recent interview with Marie Osmond, soap opera star Tuc Watkins reveals that he is officially coming out.

Watkins', known for his role on the popular ABC soap "One Life to Live," announced he's gay and the father of a set of twins, according to Examiner.com.

During the interview, Watkins' admits, "When I was young, I knew three things: I knew I was gay, I knew one day I was gonna be a dad, and I knew that Gene Wilder's "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory" was going to be the best movie of all time."

He continues, "so far, I've been right about all three."

The charming single dad of two has played a gay man on the ABC series, "Desperate Housewives". Watkins took on the role as one-half of a gay couple looking to adopt a baby, in 2007.

His four-month old twin sons, Catchen and Curtis, are by a surrogate and he exclaims that the boys add new meaning to his life.

The twins are starting to giggle which "makes all those midnight feedings totally worth it," boasts the proud 46-year old star. The actor was joined by, Courtney Watkins, his sister and host of the Disney web series "The Possibility Shop".

Watkins previously starred as David Vickers on "One Life To Live". The long-standing soap will re-launch on Hulu and iTunes as 30 minute episodes beginning April 29. Fans in Canada will be able to view the soap on FX Canada.

The upcoming episode of the "Marie" talk show airs on Monday, April 29 at noon. The show will air on the Hallmark Channel.
