Philips, the Dutch technology company introduced a new Smartphone to the Russian tech market. Philips Xenium X588 Smartphone which is currently introduced might hit the other global tech markets soon. The Smartphone is equipped with amazing specifications and features and is really a solid phone.

According to the Tehnofan, the Philips Xenium X588 Smartphone has a glass metal unibody design and sports a 5-inch display with the resolution of 1280pixels by 720 pixels. The device is featured with on-screen buttons. The fingerprint scanner is located at the back along with the main camera and a LED flash.

Also, the back of the phone can be seen with company's branding. The right-side of the phone is included with power or lock, volume up and volume down keys. The Smartphone also features bigger bezels when compared to the current Smartphones available in the tech market.

Under the hood, the Philips Xenium X588 Smartphone is seen powered by a MediaTek MT6750 64-bit octa-core processor, paired with Mali-T860 MP2 GPU. The processor is also coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage capacity. Philips has also provided an option of storage expansion up to 128GB via microSD card as the phone is provided with SD card slot.

The very unfortunate feature in the Philips Xenium X588 Smartphone is its operating system. The phone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system rather than the new Android 7.0 Nougat.  The Smartphone features a 13-megapixel shooter camera at the back and a 5-megapixel camera in the front and it packs a powerful 5,000 mAh non-removable battery. 

The Philips Xenium X588 offers an IR sensor and overall measurement of the phone is 144.2 x 71.9 x 9.3mm and weighs 168 grams. The Smartphone offer a Dual-SIM, 4G LTE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), GPS/AGPS/GLONASS and micro USB support.
