According to The Wrap, Netflix's Chief Content Officer Ted Sarandos has recently announced that streaming provider is going to expand its services into reality TV show in 2017.

He said that as many as 20 unscripted series will be provided to the users in the upcoming year.

He believed that the unscripted television is a very interesting genre to exploit. Subscribers can choose a topic from the vast options that reality TV shows provide.

For example, if anyone feels like watching a show about hoarding, then there are at least three shows about hoarding to choose from. Netflix is expected to attract more subscribers through reality TV shows.
