South Korean tech giant LG is expected to bring the topmost features into its new flagship LG G6.  Unlike the LG G5 smartphone, the tech giant is preparing its new upcoming flagship LG G6, the best. LG is leaving no stone unturned to ensure that the next-gen smartphone finds favor with consumers.

LG Electronics is rumored to come with the iris recognition and mobile payment system in its new flagship LG G6. The report is based on the publication made by Korean Herald.

"LG Electronics is rumored to adopt several new technologies, including iris recognition and mobile payment for its upcoming flagship smartphone, G6. Experts said the tech firm needs to blow the competition out of the water with the G6 in order to make up for the 800 billion won ($67 million) loss caused by the failure of the previous G5 model."

Here is an overview on the expected features to be included in LG G6.

Iris Scanner

Samsung has already presented the iris scanner in its unfortunate flagship Galaxy Note 7. However, the gadget was later hauled out of production because of battery issues. The Galaxy Note 7 was made with two distinct sensors, one for front camera sensor and the other for IRIS scanner.

Now, the LG G6 smartphone is expected to come with a single sensor with both the functions. So, the competition for the upcoming smartphones are very high, especially the ruling smartphone maker Apple- for its new flagship iPhone 8.

LG Pay

LG is reported to be working on new mobile payment system solution similar to Samsung pay and Apple Pay for LG G6. LG's new payment system will be based on Magnetic Secure Transmission (MST) technology instead of Near Field Communication (NFC) and more than 90 percent available card readers are said to be compatible with MST.
