Alien enthusiasts would be excited to learn that a UFO has been spotted by a live camera of a ski resort in Colorado, USA. The image of the UFO has captured the attention of investigators and it has been sent to the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) for analysis.

The said UFO was spotted by the live camera of the Winter Park ski resort on Tuesday, reports Daily Express. Later, a screen grab was taken and sent to MUFON, world's largest organization dedicated to alien and UFO research. The anonymous witness who was instrumental in capturing the incident also sent a report to MUFON, explaining the occurrence.

He said that he was monitoring the Winter Park ski resort town web camera as his job requires him to do operational cloud seeding for the resort to increase snowpack and use the cameras to monitor weather conditions. According to him, the camera frames update about every three minutes and in one frame there was nothing but a normal view.

However, in the next one, a black disk-like object appears above mountain top only to disappear in the following frame. The witness also said that the unidentified object was too close to the mountain to be a plane or drone. What is more, he confirmed with the resort to ascertain if there were any helicopters present at that time and the answer was negative, prompting him to take it seriously.

As of now, paranormal investigators are analyzing the image and their verdict is still awaited but UFO blogger Scott C Waring has said that Colorado is a hotbed for aliens and as per him, the resort webcam caught a black UFO moving over or from the mountain top. He also wondered if it was coming from a base below this area.

However, his theory has been rejected by Scott Brando, who is a forensic image investigator. He said that blurred objects like the disk that has been caught on camera are usually out-of-focus birds or insects, caused by a camera defect known as blurfo.
