The Federal Bureau of Investigations has closed the inquiry of allegations against Brad Pitt of physical abusing his children.

According to CNN, a FBI spokesperson specified that there won't be any more investigation on this case and no charges have been filed in this matter.

The alleged incident happened when the Jolie-Pitt family was on a private jet flying from France to Los Angeles. Although an argument between Brad Pitt and son Maddox, 15, during the flight allegedly ended with a physical contact, DCFS stated that it did not constitute as child abuse.

According to Angelina Jolie representative, DCFS was "satisfied the safeguards are put in place that will allow the children to heal."

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's divorce procedure has taken a long route, since Angelina has filed for a sole custody of their 6 children. On the other hand, Brad has requested for a joint custody.

For the time being, all the children are staying in their mother's custody and while Brad can visit them as ordered by the court.

According to Vanguard, following a request from the couple's 10-year old daughter Shiloh, Angelina is planning to spend the holiday season with Brad Pitt.

A source revealed to OK Magazine that, "Brad's incredibly apprehensive about the thought of meeting Angelina face-to-face. But he is willing to do anything to spend Thanksgiving with his children. For the time being he's willing to lay down his sword."

Angelina has agreed for a two-day truce with Brad Pitt so that the kids can see them together and spend the holiday like a family. This, however, will be a temporary solution just for the kids and their divorce is still on.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie share six kids, adopted children Maddox, 15, Pax, 13, Zahara, 11 and biological kids, Shiloh, 10 and twins Vivienne and Knox, 8.
