Justin Bieber is one of the artists in the industry that has been reported of his arrogance towards his fans since stepping foot in the Hollywood and music industry.

This time, recent reports are headlining the singer for a recent incident that took place during his stint in Barcelona, Spain, where he was recorded punching a male fan in the face while the fan was approaching the car he was in.

In the video posted by TMZ, fans of the "Let Me Love You" singer were waiting outside the Palau Sant Jordi, where his car passed as he got driven for the venue of his gig. When the singer's car was seen passing through the area, a male fan had ran towards it and managed to get his one hand inside the open car window where Bieber was seated in.

It can then be clearly seen that Bieber put his fist towards the fan while the car window was open and the car was running. The male fan then approached his friends and told them he got punched by the singer while pointing at his already bloodied lips and mouth.

The fan then looked into the camera angrily and stated in Spanish language the words, "He [Justin Bieber] has just punched me."

Mirror UK reported that the Spanish male fan was revealed to be a minor and had reportedly told the regional Mossos d'Esquadra officers, who showed moments after the incident, that he wasn't sure if he was going to report the incident or not.

A representative from the agency had said, "What's occurred here is what would be considered a misdemeanor rather than a crime." The representative added that it was an incident that had occurred between two people and the minor fan will have to make a formal complaint at a police station or a local court, if he wishes to do so.

By then, Bieber will have to face misdemeanor charges.

According to The Sun, this was not the first time that the pop star had shown tantrums toward his fans. One of them was a previous report where the singer had recently stormed off from the stage of his concert, dropping the mic and leaving his fans upset. There was even a time when Bieber was arrested and reports are saying that it might not be the last.
