Kaley Cuoco is open about having got a nose and boob job to become a star in 'Big Bang Theory'. She is convinced that the plastic surgery has helped to boost her stardom and also raise her flagging self-esteem. She does not undergo any regrets about having undergone surgery.

In an interview with Women's Health Magazine, she confesses that her plastic job has made her feel sexier than she ever did before.

Is that a somewhat superficial response?

Perhaps it is. Cuoco says: "Years ago, I had my nose done. And my boobs - best thing I ever did," Kaley said. "Recently I had a filler in a line in my neck I've had since I was 12. As much as you want to love your inner self ... I'm sorry, you also want to look good. I don't think you should do it for a man or anyone else, but if it makes you feel confident, that's amazing."

The TV star is convinced that her blonde, girl-next-door character on the 'Big Bang Theory' show has made her a celebrity. Otherwise, she would not have been able to earn millions of dollars for every episode.

She is ecstatic because the surgery has boosted her self-confidence, public image and even her career.

It certainly did make her the star of the show as Penny, in spite of the talented actresses Mayim Bialik and Melissa Raunch. Her tantalising wardrobe and overall sex appeal as Penny have helped to fetch high viewer ratings for the show.

In fact, some would even argue that if it weren't for Kaley's 'Penny' character on the show, then 'The Big Bang Theory' wouldn't be the huge success it is today. Some would even go as far as saying that without Kaley Cuoco's boob and nose job, she wouldn't have been cast in it, either.
