The name of Kevin Love has been the subject of NBA trade rumors in the offseason. He is said to be a talented player but don't just fit to the NBA Champion Cleveland Cavaliers.

This season, Love is playing tremendously well. He averaged a double-double with 21.0 points and 10.8 rebounds per game. And the Cavaliers are also playing great as expected.

At 10-2, they are the first-place at the Eastern Conference. They are also tied with Los Angeles Clippers and rival Golden State Warriors for the best record in the NBA. It seems like the trade rumors just only give Love some additional motivation this season.

But despite the fact that the Cavs are winning a lot of games and Love is having an outstanding season, trade rumors about him still swirling around the internet. According to Inquisitr, the rumored deal will send Kevin Love and Mike Dunleavy to the Washington Wizards. And in exchange, the Cleveland Cavaliers will receive the trio of Bradley Beal, Marcin Gortat and Markieff Morris.

The Washington Wizards are quite a disappointment this season with a record of 3-8 for 13th in the East. It was rumored that the backcourt duo of Wall and Beal dislike each other on the basketball floor. And trading Beal would give the Wizards a fresh start, per Hall of Fame Magazine.

The Cleveland Cavaliers, on the other hand, is said to be looking for an upgrade on their roster. The reason for this is that the Cavaliers and the Warriors are the overwhelming favorite to be opponents in this season's NBA Finals.

The Warriors already added superstar Kevin Durant to form the NBA superteam today. The Cavs are said to also upgrade their roster so that they could have a better chance of winning against the Warriors in the season finale.

If this deal would happen, Marcin Gortat could join Tristan Thompson in the starting frontcourt. Bradley Beal could replace J.R. Smith in the starting lineup and Smith could be the sixth man for the Cavs.

Kevin Love, on the hand, will be more productive offensively in the Wizards uniform. Pairing him with Wall seems like a better fit than Beal. He might even help the Wizards to push for a playoff run this season.

As of now, this is all just a rumor. And as further discussed by Inquisitr, this trade would be impossible to happen. But if the Cavs and Wizards wanted to have a deal, both teams should propose a completely different structure. Stay tuned for more NBA trade rumors and updates.
