Oscar-winning actress Nicole Kidman seems to be a perfect example of a perfect wife and mother. In fact, her knack to balance work and family is the key reason for her successful marriage with Keith Urban.

The adorable couple recently celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary along with her four kids--two adopted kids with her ex Tom Cruise and two children with current husband Keith.

In an interview with Richard Wilkinson on The Today Show on November 16, the 49-year-old actress spoke about how she balances her work life and family. She revealed that she and her musician husband puts forth the family first before taking any important decisions on their respective careers.

Daily Mail UK quoted, "'There are times when it gets put out into a family meeting and we all decide whether we can move here for a period of time and mummy can make a film or daddy can go do this."

She also added that she would consult her kids-Sunday, 8, and Faith, 5,-before taking any decision. She even dropped the idea of reprising Photograph 51 at the Broadway after her kids said a big NO.

Even though she loved to have been a part of the Broadway, she prioritized family because she believes certain sacrifices are required to keep the family bonding alive. "I love my kids and my husband far more," she exclaimed.

Recently, there were reports of marital hiccups between the couple but Keith shot down the rumor as "total bulls--t," Womans Day reported.

On the career front, Nicole is awaiting the release of Lion on January, a drama based on the true story of an Indian boy adopted by an Australian couple who sets out in search of his birth parents 25 years later.

Nicole definitely shows way for other on 'how to be a perfect mom and wife.'
