The process of legal battle for Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt is once again under the limelight. The Brangelina custody drama has taken a new turn. Based on the preceding reports, Angelina Jolie has asked for the sole custody of her six children. But the "dynamite" recordings of Jolie can reduce her likelihood of getting the sole custody.

The latest standing of children's custody case shows Brad Pitt cleaner. The DCFS has cleared off Brad Pitt from all the alleged accusations of physical abuse and as predicted, the entire scenario has been changed.

Brad Pitt's chances to demand for his children's custody has now been heightened and now both the parents would have to visit the vicinity of the courts if they are unable to come to a joint agreement.

But the tables have turned as sources intimate to the couple has told The Sun that Brad Pitt owns audio recordings that can be a game changer.

He says that the recordings as evidence would be dynamite and act against her if they are revealed to the public eye.

"We believe audio tapes exist of Angelina that would be absolutely dynamite against her if they were to be made public. Nobody wants to play dirty like that - it's not good for the children - but Angelina and her team seem absolutely hell-bent on trying to discredit Brad in order to stop him getting joint custody," a source told the Sun.

"Yes, there was an argument on a plane between him and Maddox, but that's it. It's not abuse. Brad has made it obvious that he wants to come to a mature arrangement and stop throwing dirt at each other," the source added.

It looks like the custody battle was going smooth before the case of audio recordings surfaced. No one knows whether Brad Pitt will use it as an evidence in the course or would just go with the flow.

But now the future of Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 8 is under question mark.

Previously, Angelina Jolie was deemed as the good mom and Brad Pitt was constantly bashed upon being a bad father. But now, Angelina Jolie could easily jeopardize her position if Brad Pitt releases the series of embarrassing tapes.

Angelina Jolie is the one who asked for sole custody of their six children. Whereas Brad Pitt is demanding for joint legal custody. If Brad decides to release the tapes, then his chances to get his kids' custody are more favorable.
