Black Friday this year falls on 25th November 2016 and every retailer worth his salt is gearing up for the celebration of sales through some incredible deals, which will only warm the cockles of shoppers.

Target is among the world's largest retailers with 1,802 stores in the U.S. It is leaving no stone unturned to provide shoppers a veritable feast of sales deals as outlined in its press release.

This Black Friday the company is offering several innovatively designed deals. The deals to be offered reflect a key element of the purpose statement of the company 'Expect More. Pay Less.'

"Target is at our very best during the holidays, and we're building on last year's winning formula to make the 2016 holiday season even better," said Target CEO and Chairman Brian Cornell.

Following up on the CEO's assertion Target has come up with many new features that offer value and convenience.

The main feature this year is the offer of deals throughout the month. Target is also offering its knock out scheme of the previous year "10 Days of Deals," where consumers can avail deep daily discounts on categories such as Beauty, Toys and Electronics during the ten days of the scheme.

Target's marquee sub-brands such as Wondershop offers over 2000 seasonal items ideal for tree-trimming needs of shoppers and Wonderlist provides 400 customizable gift ideas.

This year is a bonanza for toy lovers as Target will introduce 1800 new toys (up 15%from last year), including numerous Star Wars, Disney and VR products. A convenient guide to help parents choose toys for their children is on the cards.

Target's one of a kind great offer this year is the exclusive offer of a 10-disc box set from Garth Brooks two weeks before it is available from other retailers.

Target's simplicity is clearly discernible with its seasonal promotions of $10 off a $50 purchase on a different product category.

Another feature this year is the holiday deals on Target's digital savings app, Cartwheel, where a shopper would get 50 percent off on one toy per day between November 1 and December 24.

Besides the physical stores, Target is offering Black Friday deals through its website, target.com, which happens to attract an average 26 million unique visitors each month by virtue of which the website is the fourth most visited retail website in the U.S.
