As per Science World Report, game consoles are popular products during the holiday season considering the vast amount of hours that Xbox gamers can spend playing video games under their cozy blankets.

Following an apparent holiday tradition, Microsoft would once again treat Xbox gamers by offering discounted prices on Xbox One and Xbox 360 over the Black Friday week that will take place on November 25. A huge discount of $150 on Xbox One has been confirmed.

VG 24/7 noted that Xbox Gold members would be the ones that will likely get the best deal, just like last year when the sale was opened initially only to Gold members. From previous years, Xbox Live Gold subscriptions reached up to 40 percent while sales of Xbox One and Xbox 360 games jumped 57 percent. Gamers can expect similar massive discount during the 2016 Black Friday holiday.

The media outlet, however, assured Xbox gamers who are not Gold members yet that they can still avail the best cheap prices by temporarily getting a month's Gold subscription at a discounted rate of $1 for a limited time.

The giant online store, Amazon, will also offer thousands of Lightning Deals for the holiday shoppers that would include discounted prices for Xbox and other similar products. As per Telegraph, shoppers can take advantage of the holiday discount by signing up for its prime service.
