It seems like former lovers Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are going to be associated with each other forever. Even though it has already been years since they broke up, "Jelena" fans are always linking the two in any possible way.

It has been previously reported that Gomez, 24, is currently in a rehab facilitation to deal with her personal and health-related issues. Somehow, some reports are claiming that Bieber has been paying for her rehab and has been visiting her as well.

A report said that Bieber's paying for her rehab is reportedly the pop star's way of making up for their failed relationship, where he was accused of cheating on her multiple times.

It was also claimed that the act could somehow make the "As Long As You Love Me" singer feel less guilty. 

However, these claims have been debunked by other sources, including Gossip Cop, saying that Bieber is not trying to stay in Gomez's life. They have broken up long ago and the 22-year-old musician is mature enough to get over the failed relationship.

As per the source, an insider close to both celebrities had reportedly revealed that the speculations of Bieber and Gomez getting back together was simply not true, as well as the allegations of the former paying for his ex's rehab and treatment.

Moreover, News Everyday reported that the claims will soon be put to rest when fans of the musician learn that Bieber is not trying to involve in his former lover's life anymore and will never be interested in contacting her again.

It can be recalled that aside from their on-again, off-again and publicized breakup, they also had a catfight on Instagram just few months ago, when Gomez decided to invade the comment section of the Bieb's account, when he posted pictures of his new love interest that time, Sofia Richie. According to Inquisitr, it was quite obvious that jealousy was the reason why that happened.

But despite all these bitterness surrounding the former lovers, it was revealed that Bieber is still wishing for Gomez's fast recovery.
