Some of the smartphones manufacturers are gearing up to couple the latest Android Nougat 7.0 technology to their flagship items. The phones that will receive the upgrade include the OnePlus 2 and 3, Sony's Xperia devices and the HTC A 9, M9 and 10.

This is a good news for the users of OnePlus devices as the latest technology of Android Nougat 7.0 will soon be available to OnePlus 3 models. Moreover, OnePlus 2 will also witness Android Nougat's latest software, but after the release of OnePlus 3.

However, as far as OnePlus X is concerned, its users won't be getting Android Nougat 7.0 because of the incompatibility of its Snapdragon processor and the OS. According to reports, the likelihood of Android 7.0 Nougat update could be launched around Christmas, this year.

As far as HTC is concerned, the Android 7.0 Nougat will already be installed on the latest model, HTC 10, hence, making it up-to-date. This actually means that other HTC models will have to wait before they get the Android Nougat technology, therefore, it could mean months before it happens.

Although HTC 10 failed to deliver the expectations, the manufacturers of HTC are doing pretty well in the technological market. And based on its leaked specs and rumors, HTC 11 is believed to challenge the powerful marvel provided by Apple itself. Although, HTC 10 has just been released this March, it is anticipated that the likelihood of HTC 11 rolling out too soon is a bit minute.

Meanwhile, Sony Xperia devices will see the gradual intake of Android 7.0 Nougat update. However, Xperia Z3 has been programmed not to receive the Android Nougat because of an incompatibility with the OS and its Snapdragon processor.

In a nutshell, mostly new models that are yet to roll out will definitely witness the latest Android Nougat technology including Samsung, HTC, OnePlus and Sony Xperia.
