The San Antonio Spurs are rumored to be letting go of LaMarcus Aldridge in favor of a new breed, Marquese Chriss. Chriss is Phoenix Sun's 2016 draft pick and eight over-all pick.

If this NBA Trade Rumor will push through, it will definitely be a win for both Spurs and Suns. Marquese Chriss will be a breath of fresh air to the Spurs' aging line-up. Consequently, Aldridge's long-time experience in NBA can finally set the direction for the Suns.

With Tim Duncan announcing his retirement from San Antonio Spurs, the team is left with the mission on looking for someone who can fill-in the void. If LaMarcus Aldridge will not be traded off, the 31-year-old player still has the chance to prove that he is indeed a key player in the Spurs.

However, adding a rookie still sounds more interesting for the San Antonio Spurs with Duncan gone. Marquese Chriss still has a long way to go and can be a great foundation to the future of San Antonio Spurs. The veteran team can really develop Chriss as a NBA rookie.

With regards to the other team, it is no secret that the Phoenix Suns has not yet fully recovered from Steve Nash's retirement from the league. And adding LaMarcus Aldridge's experience and talent can speed up and even turn around some important things for the Phoenix Suns.

Fueling this NBA trade rumor further is Aldridge's discontent with how things are going in San Antonio Spurs. Note that the supposed deal with the Phoenix Suns is not the only NBA Trade Rumor for Aldridge.

However, LaMarcus Aldridge once again denied all NBA trade rumors involving him. And even though he will be a great player in Phoenix Suns, the veteran player is firm that he is happy and still staying with the San Antonio Spurs.
