Apple's redesigned MacBook Pro 2016 will be unveiled on Oct. 27, finally after a long wait. The tech giant is expected to reveal the design of the new laptop, along with 13-inch MacBook Air.

Although MacBook Pro 2016 is rumored to have been completely redesigned by Apple, the list of new features and specs have not been revealed yet. However, inclusion of an OLED touchbar feature called Magic Toolbar is almost officially confirmed.

The report regarding the new feature are based on an investigation carried out by Brian Conroy, a tech trademark watcher. According to MacRumors, Conroy scrutinized the trademark filling owned by Presto Apps America LLC.

It is speculated that the technology is being developed for an unannounced, mysterious device and that it will be marketed by the name Magic Toolbar. Even though it has not been confirmed officially, the technology is rumored to have been used in design and development of the upcoming MacBook Pro 2016.

Meanwhile, it is speculated that Apple may decide to unveil both the MacBook Pro 2016 13-inch and 15-inch variants during an even organized on Oct. 27. Both the devices are rumored to have retina display, touch ID sensor and an OLED screen above the keypad.

Both the variants of MacBook Pro 2016 are expected to be released in November this year. The laptops are expected to be much thinner and lighter than its predecessors, however, they will not be wedge-shaped like MacBook Air, according to GamenGuide.

The new OLED panel on MacBook Pro 2016 is expected to dynamically change as per the individual apps loaded on the computer. The giant tech company has reportedly given the name "Dynamic Function Row" to the new OLED panel.

In addition to MacBook Pro 2016 and MacBook Air, the Oct. 27 event is also expected to reveal the redesigned and refreshed versions of Mac mini and iMac Mac Pro.
