Samsung Galaxy Note 3's existence was confirmed through Samsung's official User Agent Profile website, with a few details about the smartphone.

The rumor mill continues to spin for Samsung related gadgets. While several reports about the next flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S5, have surfaced online, reports of Galaxy Note 3 Lite have also made the headlines on several occasions. Samsung may not have officially named the slimmed down version of its high-end Galaxy Note 3, but the latest leaked report confirms the existence of Galaxy Note 3 Lite. According to the company's User Agent Profile website, Note 3 Lite may feature a 720p display and Android 4.3 Jelly Bean.

Most key details of the yet-to-announced Galaxy Note 3 Lite remain hidden. Considering the smartphone is a downgraded version Note 3 model, other features will also be slimmed down to keep its retail price low. The display is brought down from 1080p in Galaxy Note 3 to 720p in the Lite version with a 1280x720 screen resolution. Several media reports have predicted that the upcoming phablet will feature an 8-megapixel camera and a less powerful processor with less storage and RAM.

The Galaxy Note 3 is powered by a 2.3 GHz quad-core processor, backed by 3GB of RAM. The camera features 13-megapixels on the rear and 2-megapixel in the front. The powerful smartphone features a 5.7-inch Full HD display.

Like other Samsung mid-range smartphones, the Galaxy Note 3 Lite may also feature a dual-SIM card support and some reports have suggested a 5.7-inch display like its higher model or a downsized 5.49-inch display.

Samsung is rumored to be working on a slew of Galaxy branded smartphones. While Galaxy Note 3 Lite and Galaxy S5 are widely reported, the tech giant also has Galaxy Tab 3 Lite and a powerful 12.2-inch Samsung Galaxy Note Pro in the pipeline. It wouldn't be surprising to see at least one of the rumored devices appear at this week's International Consumer Electronics Show, 2014, in Las Vegas.

If the event does not host any of the devices, the mobile-focused event in Barcelona, the Mobile World Conference, will showcase the new line of Galaxy smartphones in February.
