Drake and Rihanna relationship goes way back.

The "Started from the Bottom" singer even admitted to the whole world that he has been in love with the "Umbrella" singer since he was 22 years old.

Sadly, the rumored couple have broken up even before officially confirming their relationship.

In the recently concluded VMAs, the "Hotline Bling" singer professed his love for the "Work" singer while presenting her the Video Vanguard award. Giving proof to the numerous dating rumors that they are caught up with for years.

Rihanna responded then by dodging Drake's friendly but awkward kiss in the VMAs.

All turned out well as just days after the VMAs, the hip-hop singers kissed and hugged on a different stage. The singer couple were also spotted making out and displaying affection at a Miami club before the event.

Drake and Rihanna were even speculated to be tying the knot soon in a Tuscan-style Malibu wedding.

Unfortunately, things have gone sour for the singers as Drake was allegedly constantly hooking up with Dakota Gonzales. Gonzales is apparently an Instagram model and has always been spotted in Drake's concerts.

Rihanna seems not to blame herself for her falling out with Drake, or with all of his ex-lovers for that matter. The "Needed Me" singer posted a tell-all quotation in Instagram.

"None of my exs are married or in happy relationships so it's safe to say that I wasn't da problem lol"

Shortly after, Drake responded with a mysterious Instagram post directed to his ex-flame.

"Too mix up in drama to free my mind but I'm praying for you even in your darkest times. ", the "One Dance" singer captioned under his black and white photo.

Drake and Rihanna relationship may be over but it's obvious that their love story is not. Like all other relationships, it is not surprising if Drake and Rihanna relationship will be revived any time soon.
