Google's latest Android 7.0 Nougat firmware update intends to give users a stable and rich OS experience. A number of HTC, Nexus, Motorola, OnePlus, Samsung and Sony devices are expected to receive the firmware upgrade by the end of 2016.

Smartphone users are keen to know when exactly would Android 7.0 Nougat update be released for their respective phone. Given below is a list of devices expected to receive firmware update, along with the estimated time of release.

Nexus

The Nexus series belongs to the first set of phones that receive any update. The Android 7.0 Nougat update first began for the Nexus series in August. The Tech Times reports that Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P owners started to face problems after upgrading their OS.
