"Hot Mom" Marie Kang is releasing a swimsuit calendar featuring "real women" proudly displaying their bodies after having children. Kang, also dubbed "Fit Mom," ruffled a lot of feathers when she uploaded a controversial "What's Your Excuse?" poster on her Facebook page.
On the poster, the 32-year-old was seen showing off her toned body in workout gear as her three young boys sat around her. Kang was criticized for fat-shaming women.
On the cover of the calendar Kang poses in a tiny two piece bathing suit. Also on the cover is a photo of her poster. The mom of three told the Daily Mail that she created the calendar by contacting other moms on Facebook and asking them to share before-and-after pictures of their weight loss.
The calendar also includes diet tips and workout advice from Kang.
"These women were encouraged to show their 'mommy marks' and not airbrush their stretch marks or excess skin," she told the Daily Mail. "They have an unconventional results and they are proudly showing what various images of true health looks like."
The calendar feature women of all different shapes and sizes as they pose with their children. Alongside the photos are their diet tips and tricks for losing the weight.
Bri Jackson, 26 from Arizona, said she lost the baby weight by doing Zumba and Plyometrics.
"I joined L.A. Fitness and purchased a kids club membership for my kids. On days I can't make it to the gym, I pull up a workout video on Netflix or hit the floor with push-ups, squats, and other exercises when the kids are in bed," she said in the calendar. "I don't have gym equipment at home, so I just use body weight exercises."
According to the Daily Mail, proceeds from the calendar will help support Kang's non-profit business Fitness without Borders" and her latest project "No Excuse Mom."
