Even as Angelina Jolie is holed up in Los Angeles with her six children, there are reports that the 41-year-old is getting hit with panic attacks.

It is a serious health crisis. Just a year-and-a-half following early signs of cancer, as well as months after rumors of possible anorexia, she is now reportedly facing another health problem.

Right now she is down to just "41kg," slightly more than 90 pounds. Meanwhile, she has locked herself up with her children in Malibu with her brother, James Haven.

This has affected the children, especially the younger ones. "They didn't leave the rental house for days. It was hard for all of them," the source explained. "They are used to more activities and more entertainment, so it's difficult for them to just stay at the house - the younger kids don't really understand."

Angelina Jolie is undergoing family therapy in order to keep herself fit for her brood: Pitt, Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and Vivienne and Knox, 8.

In her temporary full physical custody of their kids, Angelina is accused of wanting as much attention as her brood.

Just last year, she had taken up major surgery, after understanding that she showed some early signs of cancer.

"I went through what I imagine thousands of other women have felt," Angelina Jolie wrote in a piece for The New York Times at the time. "I told myself to stay calm, to be strong, and that I had no reason to think I wouldn't live to see my children grow up and to meet my grandchildren."

As her ovaries and fallopian tubes have been removed in March last year, only a few months into her marriage, and due to a double mastectomy to cancel any rumors of breast cancer, she cannot have children and will probably go through a number of physical changes. Still, she said she felt "at ease" after the surgery.

"I will not be able to have any more children, and I expect some physical changes, but I feel at ease with whatever will come, not because I am strong but because this is a part of life. It is nothing to be feared," she wrote.

Earlier this year, she had been reported to be anorexic due to her eating disorders. She was also suffering from headaches and paranoia, with Pitt trying to encourage her to get well soon.
