The Boston Celtics is exploring the trade market once again. After being rumored to have talks with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Phoenix Suns, Denver Nuggets and Sacramento Kings, it looks like they are not stopping to strike a deal to other teams.

Earlier reports disclosed that the Celtics have many tradeable assets that could work on to make a deal to other teams. Celtics players like Avery Bradley, Kelly Olynyk, Marcus Smart, Jaylen Brown and Amir Johnson were allegedly placed on the trading block in exchange for high-value players. But the team never confirmed it.

As the NBA regular season begins in a couple of weeks from now, rumors surface that the Celtics are targeting to acquire Jazz's forward Gordon Hayward. According to NESN.com, the Celtics are showing "real interest" to add Hayward on their roster and it could happen next summer.

The report also disclosed that Hayward's contract with the Jazz will expire next year and it could give them an opportunity to acquire the versatile swingman.

One thing that could also lure Hayward to join the team is his familiarity with Boston head coach Brad Stevens. Stevens is Hayward's coach during his college years with Butler and until now they still close to each other.

Hayward is averaging 19.7 points, 5.0 rebounds and 3.7 assists per game last season with a decent 36 percent shooting from the three-point line not bad for a seven-year veteran. It is also said that the Celtics will have enough cap space next year to pick up Hayward when is a free agent.

On the separate report of MassLive.com, it appears that Hayward will re-sign with the Jazz after an impressive performance last season. If ever the league CBA doesn't change a lot, the Jazz can offer Hayward a max contract that could entice him to stay.

The next free agency is full of notable players such as Stephen Curry, Blake Griffin, Chris Paul and others, Hayward is assumed to be one of most sought after free agent after this season as per stated in the report.

Will the Celtics make a move right now and not wait for next summer to acquire Hayward?
