Seems like the Brangelina divorce drama is nowhere near its conclusion. Now, new reports surface that claim that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are more likely to get a shared custody of their six children.

Ever since the most-talked divorce between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt took place, the former has been fighting for full custody of their children Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh and twins Knox and Vivienne. The duo reached a temporary agreement on Sep. 30 and the Tomb Raider actress was given sole custody for three weeks while her former husband was under investigation.

It is a well-established fact that Angelina Jolie has been fighting for the exclusive custody of their children, lawyer expert Kelly Chang Rickert told HollywoodLife.com that Brangelina will have to share legal and physical custody of the kids.

"It is absolutely ridiculous to think either of them will end up with NO visitation or custody of the children - visitation and custody are the same in California courts. When you have visitation, you have custody."

She explained, "In California, in a divorce or separation, the courts have a duty to ensure frequent and continuing contact with BOTH parents. The deal they struck is only "temporary" until a Judgment or further order is in place. Brad does not currently have monitored visitation with his children."

Kelly continued, "The first meeting would have been with a monitor who will then subsequently determine whether future visits would be monitored. Angelina is going for primary custody likely because it is a legal label that shifts the burden to Brad. If she ever wants to move away, Brad needs to prove it's a detriment."

The news came in when the 52-year-old Brad Pitt was reunited with his children for just 90 minutes after a three week break, reports In Touch.

"The visit was gut-wrenching: Vivienne, 8, and Zahara, 11, both started crying, asking when they could go home [to Brad's compound in LA's Los Feliz neighborhood]. Wow. The actor reportedly informed the kids that "it would be soon."

The short rendezvous was monitored by DCFS (Department of Children Family Services).

The meeting was deemed as an emotional one. The kids were seen asking questions as to when would they come to their father's home in Los Angeles and he answered that it would be happening soon.

Angelina Jolie filed for divorce on Sep. 15. Since the split, things have been pretty problematic for Brad Pitt as he has been constantly under investigation.

It was reported that Brad Pitt and their eldest son Maddox had a bit of an argument on a private plane, as he was reported to be verbally and physically abusive with him. The incident allowed their mother Angelina Jolie to be infuriated causing her to take this step.

Further discussions regarding children's custody are scheduled for Oct. 20.
