The given title serves as a reference quote from Dr. Edwin Jenner (Noa Emerich). He mentioned those words when Rick Grimes told him that he was thankful not to be killed at the Center for Disease Control during the finale episode of Season 1.

In addition to that, "The Walking Dead" Season 7 Episode 2 is titled as "The Well." The brief plot summary that reads, "For a number of familiar faces, a new, well-established community seems too good to be true", Screen Crush notes.
"The Well" is slated to air on Oct. 30, 2016.
