GoPro Hero 5 Black and Hero 5 Session action cameras were launched by the US-based adventure camera specialist company GoPro, alongside the much-awaited GoPro Karma high-tech drone in September 2016. GoPro Hero 5 Black camera: Pros

Design, the GoPro Hero 5 Black camera has a bigger design, complete with a touch-screen LCD display, removable battery, microSD card slot, USB type-C port and micro HDMI port. The touch screen allows the user to have easy control on the camera's various settings. The camera is built waterproof to make it usable in underwater photography as deep as 10 meters or 33 feet of water.

GoPro Hero 5 Black camera has few cons; the touchscreen might be unresponsive in some cases. Due to involvement of built-in electronic image stabilization and voice commands features, the battery may lose power soon which is also unfavorable factor. It is reported that the GoPro Hero 5 Black camera has a problem with compatibility in regards with a couple of legacy accessories.

Design, the GoPro Hero 5 session is designed to be smaller, with a built-in battery, USB type-C port, microSD slot and a monochrome display smaller in size and for the access of settings. A small button is provided along with other buttons for specific use.
