2014 may turn out to be quite the year for the Duchess of Cambridge, who is rumored to be pregnant and three months along with her second child, and the 31-year-old royal reportedly had "quiet" New Year's Eve this year, the Independent reports.

Insiders claim that Kate Middleton welcomed in the new year with her sister Pippa Middleton at a mutual friend's home in Bucklebury, England, where she was spotted by other party-goers.

"Kate looked incredible. She was very jolly and very happy," an eyewitness told People magazine. "The thing that really strikes you is that she is just so normal and smiley. There are no lights on Kate here, so she can be totally relaxed and herself," adding, "[She] has really got her figure back. If anything she actually looks better now than before she had Prince George."

Last year was certainly amazing for Middleton, what with the birth of her son, Prince George and all of the pomp and circumstance surrounding it, a bevy of royal engagements including the emotional premiere of the Nelson Mandela biopic, "Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom" alongside some of Mandela's daughters, and a remarkable number of memoable stylish moments pre and post-baby.

Will 2014 bring another royal baby?

According to insiders, if Middleton has another boy, he will likely be named Charles, Henry, Philip or Spencer, and if she has a girl, Diana is a top pick in honor of Prince William's late mother, Princess Diana.
