Come 2014, Demi Lovato is focusing solely on her music career, from her international "Neon Lights Tour" to recording a brand new album. The 21-year-old singer-songwriter recently revealed one upcoming collaboration that is sure to excite fans of both artists.

The "Neon Lights Tour" will feature opening "X-Factor" acts from Little Mix, Cher Lloyd and Fifth Harmony, and when asked by MTV News if she plans on collaborating with the five-piece girl band she helped create, Lovato chimed in with an enthusiastic, "Yes!"

"Of course! There's plans to collaborate with them," she said. "I adore them so much. They're such sweet girls and I really think they're going to go far in this industry. I'm glad I could that I could be a part of it by helping put them together and taking them on the road. It's really exciting."

As for the tour itself, which will kick off Feb. 9, Lovato dished that it will be like nothing she's ever done before.

"I want it to be about girl empowerment," she told MTV, adding that it will be all about the experience. "I want it to be a huge party. I'm really excited."

And even though her tour will be "X-Factor"-themed, the judge and mentor will not renew her role on next year's U.S. season, taking the year off to focus entirely on musical endeavors. Rumor has it that Lovato may switch her record label, though nothing has yet been confirmed. She has been in the studio recording new songs, though she's remained mum on what they sound like.
