Following their much-talked divorce, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie shall divide their properties based from their pre-nuptial agreement. However, it has also been reported that Pitt doesn't put so much attention on the partition because what he would fight for is their children.

As reported by TMZ, the former power couple won't have problems dividing their assets following their divorce. They added that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have an "ironclad" pre-nuptial agreement, which defines clearly the division of their assets and properties.

The couple has been reported to have combined assets of over $400 million. Apart from that, they also own a total of 12 properties. These were acquired either prior to the time they got married or before they met.

Of the 12 properties, Pitt owns seven while Jolie owns the two. The remaining three were bought jointly before they wed in 2014. These three properties include a mansion in New Orleans, a vineyard in France, and a New York apartment. As of this report, it is still undetermined of who purchased the properties, and for how much amount.

However, despite the issue on the division of properties, the former couple's biggest problem is the custody of their kids. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have three biological children as well as three adopted kids.

When Jolie filed for divorce last Sep. 19, she requested the court for a full custody of their six children and asked the judge to give Pitt visitation rights only. Pitt was not amenable with this as he was really determined to fight for a shared custody.

A source told US Weekly that Pitt wanted to have a significant role in his children and he desires to be with these kids at regular times.
