As big names and notable players are being involved in NBA trade rumors, the Boston Celtics are quietly making their own move this offseason. As other teams striving to get better and build formidable rosters, the Celtics is silently making their own moves to try to improve their line-up.

Although they went to the playoffs last season, they were eliminated by the Atlanta Hawks in the first round. The Celtics are now considering to trade two of their role players, Avery Bradley and Kelly Olynyk.

According to YIBADA English, the Celtics have plenty of talents that they could trade and could make a blockbuster deal. And by trading Bradley and Olynyk, the possibilities that it could get a top caliber player is likely to happen.

They could get Jahlil Okafor of Philadelphia 76ers, Rudy Gay of the Sacramento Kings or Monta Ellis from the Indiana Pacers. The report also says that the most likely first one to go is Olynyk because he attracts so much attention on other teams.

Though they got Al Horford thru free agency this offseason, they still do not have the enough manpower to contend for a title or even repeat their accomplishment last season. They must surround Horford quality players that will help him at least make the Celtics a contender.

On a separate report by ChattSportsNet, the Toronto Raptors are also interested with Olynyk. The Raptors needed a big man to fill in the position abandoned by Bismack Biyombo. Biyombo signed to the Orlando Magic this summer for $72 million in four years and the Raptors must find a replacement for him.

The report also says that Olynyk perhaps inconsistent to the Celtics but it could be the limited playing time that was given to him. If the Toronto Raptors, his hometown, would pursue him, fans might see a different player this time.

Nevertheless, this NBA trade rumors still rumors until this moment until an official announcement is made.
