The Dursley's and Harry Potter's home in Privet Drive is up for sale. The house starred in a few clips in the film adaptations of J.K. Rowling's "Harry Potter."

Although the actual address of the house is not in Number 4, Privet Drive, it comes complete with the cupboard where the magic began and introduced us to young Harry Potter, portrayed by "Now You See Me 2" actor Daniel Radcliffe.

According to BBC News, the house rests in 12 Picket Post Close in Bracknell, Berkshire, England. The three-bedroom house is being sold for £475,000 ($619,485) and the real estate agency Chancellors provides photos featuring the homey and magical inside.

The original owners of the iconic house were approached by Warner Brothers in 2000 and asked if it could be used for the filming of "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone." It was used for a grand total of two weeks and apparently, that was enough to cause a hype over the property.

"The original plan was to take this property to market without using any reference to Harry Potter," real estate agent Paul Bosanko told CBC News. "And that may or may not influence the final price that we achieve for this property."

Its popularity and high demand has caused the real estate agency to arrange a "launch day" on Sep. 24 and it has reminded those who are interested that viewings are strictly by appointment only.

The famous "Harry Potter" home rests in a quiet cul-de-sac location and has been renovated to reach the quality that can match the popularity of the movies.
