Viewers witnessed the fiery and remarkable opening of Emmy's after Jimmy Kimmel dropped jokes about diversity and the making of Donald Trump. In his monologue, after a topic on diversity, Kimmel trashed the Republican presidential candidate as his wife Melania.

Tagged as #OscarsSoWhite talk, the host lectured about diversity happening in Hollywood. After this, he gave a backhanded commendation to the Emmys and Hollywood.

"This year's nominees are the most diverse ever," he remarked in the opening.

"And here in Hollywood, the only thing we value more than diversity is congratulating ourselves on how much we value diversity. The Emmys are so diverse this year, the Oscars are telling people we're one of their closest friends," he then added as quoted by The Independent.

Then after a talk on diversity, as also reported on Fox News, he proceeded to give statements about who must be blamed for Trump's rise when he was named Republican's presidential candidate.

Kimmel put the blame on the presidential candidate's popularity in the television, particularly, reality TV. He even added that if not for the reality show, 'The Apprentice', Trump is just at home quietly rubbing his wife Melania, which he also referred to as Malaria.

Then the host suddenly turned to who really should be blamed for the Trump phenomenon. Then he revealed that the person he is looking for is present sitting in the audience.

"That's right. That guy. Mark Burnett, the man who brought us 'Celebrity Apprentice,'" Kimmel revealed.

After which, he thanked Burnett for introducing Trump and for the advantage of not having to watch reality shows anymore because, according to the host, they are living in one reality show.

And to complete the snide funny remarks, he suggested Burnett to be the first one thrown over the wall in ever Donald Trump is elected and eventually builds it on the border to Mexico.

Kimmel's derision did not end with that, he also jokingly mentioned that Emmys had a new rule that winners who fail to accept the award will be given to the next person on the nomination list. And when asked for the basis of the rule, he mentioned Maggie Smith rule.
