A UFO spotted on the moon's surface is attributed to an "alien base". This is among the most obvious base found on an extremely prominent crater, Tycho, on our own Moon.

UFO hunter Mark Sawalha explained that NASA images of the moon have revealed an antenna on the roof of the alien foundation.

He now attributes the antenna as located on a base under the ground. It probably uses minerals on the surface.

"If this is an abandoned alien base, the Streetcap1 may have just found the perfect location for the next NASA mission," says UFO expert Scott C Waring. "Imagine an entire base of structures 5-7 miles across. It would be a crime not to utilise such a useful waypoint in space that could save humanity from extinction."

Meanwhile, there are two pertinent points that Sawalha came up with. Firstly, that NASA knew about the alien base, but never made it open to the public. Secondly, that NASA has sent no further manned missions to the moon following the Apollo missions---because they knew about the aliens.

The unidentified object on the moon looked like a spike on craters, and was first shot in three prominent images by the 1967 Orbiter. They were sent to the agency, so other conspiracy theorists and alien enthusiasts said that the tower on the crater looked "spike-like and shiny".

Such structures have been laid so that the aliens' huge spaceships could be docked, said the UFO hunter.

However, another theory believes that the alien base has been abandoned, and is no longer inhabited. This could even support NASA with research findings of space.

And then, of course, there are the opponents who claim that the object on the crater is just one more crater. Nigel Watson, author of UFO investigations Manual, said that the "spike-like object protruding from the crater" may have been due to shadows from a hill with steep banks.
