Leave it to the young (and the restless) to add more power to an NBA team for the upcoming season playoffs. As many changes have been made to some teams, NBA trade rumors on specific players have been on the rise too.

Denver Nugget power forward Keneth Faried's is rumored to be traded to Toronto Raptors replacing DeRozan, according to the Digital Journal.

The deal is believed to move forward following the Nuggets' latest announcement on making changes to its current roster. Although Faried has been scoring and rebounding a lot over the last season, the Nuggets are quietly looking for more than an on-court risk.

Meanwhile, the Raptors are reportedly setting its sights on Serge Ibaka

A new deal is believed to be in process between Orlando Magic and Toronto Raptors, where the latter is open to an inviting offer for Ibaka as well as Kyle Lowry as point guard, says Sportsrageous.

Magic is clearly overloaded with big men already. Even they just will acquire Ibaka, there's a huge chance that he would agree to joining the Raptors pre-free agency period.

DeMarre Carroll is also mentioned as another Raptor most likely to join the trade bandwagon together with Ibaka. Both teams are set to decide on the trade as they're looking to upgrade their roster.

True, as NBA.com's Shaun Powell has shared in a blog post on Orlando Magic's efforts to improve to get back into the playoffs. This was a continued strategy for Magic following Dwight Howard's departure to join Atlanta Hawks.
