Season 2 of "Quantico" is going to take fans on a roller coaster ride of drama and emotion, thanks to the entry of new characters, including a new love interest for Alex and Ryan.

The second season of the thriller series might see our favorite secret agent getting embroiled in a love triangle, reports suggest. However, she will get to spend some romantic moments with Ryan. Showrunner Joshua Safran had teased earlier about the two finally coming together and even said that the first time viewers see Alex with Ryan. Sadly, the togetherness will not last long and things may just go wrong.

Not only this, a new character might also enter the scene and create trouble in the love life of the two. For those who do not know, some new characters are making debuts in the next season and the most important of them is the mysterious Harry Doyle, played by Russell Tovey. He is the one who can spell trouble in the love life of Alex and Ryan.

Reason: The casting call for Harry describes him as someone who is as likely to seduce someone's husband as he is to pick his pocket when it is over. Given his description, it appears very likely that he can make things complicated for the lead pair and if one needs more reasons to cast doubts on him, it would do one well to know that Tovey is quite a looker.

Talking of other characters, Pearl Thusi will be entering the show as Harvard lawyer Dayana Mampasi while Bair Underwood and Tracy Ifeachor are slated to play Owen Hall and Lydia respectively. Though it is not clear how they will affect Alex, photojournalist Leon Velez, played by Aaron Diaz, is sure to make life difficult for her.

Leon is not afraid of getting his hands dirty and now that Alex is joining the CIA, she has a greater challenge in hand. She would have to make efforts to adjust to the new role. Her FBI connection can bring trouble as the two agencies are not known to be on friendly terms with each other.
