Brown, in a series of videos in Instagram, denied the allegations saying the police will see nothing if they get a warrant to search his house.

The R&B Singer also blamed the media for making him look guilty.

The LA Times reported that the singer is being accosted by the police after he allegedly pointed a gun to a woman who identified herself as Baylee Curran, 2016 Miss California Regional title holder.

Curran said she was in Brown's residence in LA with a friend and associate to discuss upcoming projects when the assault happened.

Curran said she was staring at the diamond jewelries that a man was showing inside Brown's residence when the singer told her to back off. She said Brown also called her names and then proceeded to pull out a gun and pointed it at her face.

Curran and her friend hurriedly went outside but had to wait for the return of their personal things that they handed over before entering Brown's residence.

They were then forced to sign a nondisclosure agreement in exchange for their cellphones. However, Curran said they did not sign anything and managed to snatch the phones and escape.

Curran called 911 prompting police to proceed to the singer's house.

However, CNN confirmed through a spokesperson from the Miss California Regional pageant that Curran is no longer the title holder. But she refused to return the crown and sash.

The spokesperson, Joshua James, also added that they are already instructing Curran to discontinue introducing herself as Miss California. Baylee Curran was relieved of her crown because of her unpredictable behaviors in several occasions.
