All those "Mortal Kombat X" fans who were thinking that the game would never make it to their PC, here is some good news -- the game might be making an entry on the desktop as NetherRealm Studios has reportedly working on the PC version of the game.

According to reports, game creator and producer Ed Boon broke the news on his Twitter, indicating the progress of the project. He is known to tease significant updates about the game through social media.

He had also conducted a poll on Twitter asking fans what they wanted to see - out of 10,000 participants, 48 percent favored the PC version of the game. The game was jinxed from the very beginning, causing many players to quit. Seeing the disappointing results, the studio moved to developing on the console version.

The PC version project may take long but it might take time but gamers are not complaining and would probably wait to get their desire fulfilled, reports stated.

The developers are porting the content from the console to the PC version being aware of the demands of their fans.

Meantime, development of "Kombat Pack 3" is still in progress and it is not certain if it will be included in the PC deal or not. But if they do, it would go down well with the PC gamers.

Speculations suggest that the developers are going to port the XL version first and then start working on the third DLC, if it works well with the gamers. This is very important because previous experience made wary until some positive reviews and feedback.
