It seems like Amazon does not want to miss a single chance to win over Holiday buyers. After introducing quarterly installments on its latest tablet, 8.9-inch Fire HDX, the online retail giant has now come up with one more impressive offer.

Amazon announced Monday that any Amazon or Android user downloading an app or game from the Amazon app store between Dec. 24 and 28 will be credited with $5  that can be redeemed in the next round of purchase from the online store.

"Customers look to Amazon to provide the best deals in the industry throughout the holiday season and the Amazon Appstore is no exception," said Mike George, vice president of Amazon Appstore and Games, in a press release. "The combination of a $5 credit to use in the Amazon Appstore and the expansive deals we are offering for Christmas week will help customers add exciting apps and games to their devices this holiday season."

The offer is pretty exciting as Amazon will be offering more than 1000 games and  apps on the store as a part of  Christmas celebrations, which can be downloaded both on the Android and Amazon smartphones.

Alongside the credit addition, Amazon has also come up with free app of the day bundles where the customers will get a free app alongside a paid app from the store. The other apps will be also offered on a much rebated price (around 50-60) percent. The offer is on for two days, Dec. 25 and 26.

Also the people downloading apps between Dec. 23- 28 will receive a free app specific to the dates besides the credit. The details are listed below.

  • December 23-Draw a Stickman: EPIC
