Spoiler ahead, read only if you want to know more about the story

According to "Game of Thrones" season 7 spoilers, Rhaegar Targaryen is likely to come on screen in the next season. In a leaked casting call schedule, some very specific characteristics similar to the popular character from George RR Martin's books were noted, reveal reports.

While the name was obviously not mentioned in the casting notice, the media outlet indicates that the character description was very close to that of Rhaegar's. There is also a possibility that this is a "GoT" ploy to keep its ardent fans confused and guessing.

By now nearly all the "Game of Thrones" fans know that season 7 will be the second last one and will only have seven episodes, as opposed to 10 in previous seasons. The showrunners, David Benioff and Weiss, dropped hints in an interview about some characters that the fans can expect to see in the next season.

The one thing that the fans are looking forward to see is a battle between Cersei Lannister and Daenerys Targaryen. Now that Cersei has lost all her children, she is prepared to wage a bloody war with nothing to lose. On the other hand, Daenerys has a strong army to back her up for her claim to the Iron Throne. Several fan theories suggest that Jon and Daenerys will mount two of three dragons. Who will be the third? It waits to be seen. "Game of Thrones" season 7 will air in summer 2017 on HBO.
