Jennifer Aniston has been a known promoter of healthy living, the importance of exercise and organic food in our system all these years. Thus, when her husband, Justin Theroux introduced pasta back in her diet, she cannot help but love and hate him at the same time.

"Justin and I both cook but he is a better cook than me. Pasta has been brought back into my life because of him so I don't know whether I should thank him or hate him for that. He makes pasta carbonara which is irresistible. I learned how to make it and it is a really simple dish," the Cake star said in an interview.

Despite the introduction of the sumptuous Italian food in her life, Jen made sure to keep doing his fitness routine and burn the bad calories in her system.

"I try to do something different every day. I do weight training three times a week and then I switch it up to do more cardio. I do this great spin class which is also yoga. It really gets you going and it's good to keep your body always guessing and not getting too used to one particular exercise," she said.

As to relaxation, the yoga enthusiast who has been doing yoga for twelve years now indulged in a 10-20 minutes of meditation everyday. After a long day, she also loves to spend time with her husband and their dogs.

"When I get home, I wind down and I get to see my dogs and my husband and have a meal together."

Meanwhile, pregnancy rumors continued to hound the 47-year old star this week as one tabloid posted pictures of her on bikini with a protruding baby bump.

"She's pregnant. She and Justin are ecstatic. Jen has wanted to have a baby with Justin for years. Their baby news came at a bad time in her life, too - she just lost her mother, and she and Justin almost broke up. But now this surprise pregnancy has turned the worst of times into the best of times," a source close to the couple said.
