Fast and Furious star Tyrese Gibson (who will also return to the Transformers 5 set), can't seem to get hold of his feelings for co-star Charlize Theron while filming the eighth installment of the car-n-stunts franchise. Moreover, he also points out Theron's influence on his acting and the overall development of the film.

"I got Charlize's cell phone number. I was flirting with her a little bit," Gibson admitted as per E! News. "I got the cell phone number. We're trying to get the kids together, have a little fun...She's sweet."

"I love a sweet woman with a lot of confidence," he shared. "I love a woman that can walk in a room and everyone notices. I love it. Education, smart, spiritual, I could be here for another 45 minutes if you want," the actor added.

Forty-year-old Theron has recently parted ways with Sean Penn. She has two kids, namely, Jackson (4), and August (9 months). Gibson, on the other hand, shares custody of his 8-year-old daughter named Shayla with ex-wife, Norma. Judging from Gibson's interview statement, Theron seems to have all the leading lady requirements he's looking for in a woman.

Apart from flirting with her on the film set, Gibson also revealed that how Theron made quite an impact on the Fast and Furious 8 plot development where she plays the role of a villain in the upcoming installment. He noted that her presence elevated their "inspirational level" as the movie takes on an even larger scope than it's ever been in its franchise history.

"I can tell you Charlize really came into this thing and set the tone for all of us. I often like to think of us as a franchise team and you get a new player to come in and they're killing it and we like, we got to step," Gibson added as quoted by International Business Times.

Meanwhile, the 37-year-old actor also talked about how cast members try to adjust without Paul Walker in the eighth installment to the hugely successful movie franchise. Walker played one of the series' most iconic characters, Brian O'Connor. He died in a fatal car crash back in 2013.

"It's not easy moving forward without [Paul Walker], and we feel his energy every day," Gibson said, Gospel Herald reported. "His trailer used to be parked next to mine. So, every time I step out of my trailer, it's always rough."

Joining the Fast and the Furious 8 cast along with Theron are e Longest Ride,' 'Suicide Squad') and Helen Mirren ('Red,' 'Eye In The Sky').
