Over the past few months, it has been speculated by many that iPhone 7 will lose the headphone jack in favor of lightning cables. However, the leaked images tell a different story. Not only will iPhone 7 have its much disputed headphone jack, it will also have a touch-sensitive home button and will also support dual SIM slots.

Reports confirm that Apple has already started production phase of the iPhone 7, just in time for its September release date. The publication also reportedly received a photo of the the phone from the production line, revealing what it looks like. The design remains pretty much the same as iPhone 6S. However, the only noticeable change is the home button that is at the same level as the bezel. The metal circular ring has been replaced by a smoother touch-sensitive home screen button.

iPhone 7 is also rumored to be the first Apple handset to get a dual SIM slot, allowing the users to have two different networks at the same time. The leaked images also show that the phone will have its 3.5mm headphone jack, contradicting all the speculations that Apple is getting rid of the jack. There are in fact reports indicating that iPhone 7 may actually have both, lightning cable and headphone jack, support.

These leaks are a comprehensive look into a highly anticipated phone this year. However, it is also important to note that all these details are not confirmed by Apple, which means there are still lot of surprises to be expected when the actual handset launches in September.
