Reality dance show "Dance Moms" is inching closer to the precipice as swirling rumors making rounds online continue to cast doubts regarding the future of the hit Lifetime series. Following the departure of its prized talent Maddie Ziegler along with her sister Mackenzie, the ALDC roster may become even smaller in the next season if the show continues to go on-air.

"Dance Moms" is likely to struggle with plummeting TV ratings. In 2014, Chloe Lukasiak was the first cast member to bid farewell followed by the Ziegler sisters recently. If rumors prove accurate, up-and-coming stars Nia Sioux Frazier and JoJo Siwa may be on the path of leaving the show as well as both of them seem to find greener pastures outside the show.

Nia has recently been given an invitation to perform two dance numbers at "Trip of Love" Broadway show in New York.

"I can't wait to move to NY with my mom this month and then hit the stage in July! This is going to be the best summer ever!" said the young dancer as quoted by the Inquistr.

Apart from filling her already hectic schedule with her Broadway commitment, Nia will reportedly star in an unnamed feature film which requires her to attend regular voice and acting lessons every week as she gears up for her purported film role. Nia is gradually becoming a rising star in her own right.

As for JoJo Siwa, the dancer has been reunited with ALDC teammates following her absence from two previous dance competitions. According to Design & Trend, ALDC head coach Abby Lee Miller hasn't figured out yet whether she will still be part of the dance company's Junior Elite Team. Miller got irked by Siwa's failure to show up in the dance contests fueling speculations of her inevitable departure from the show. She was no-show again at last Saturday's film shoot for an ElectroKicks commercial.

Meanwhile, Miller may still carry the weight of the reality show's declining fortunes now that her rising stars are getting more off-the-show offers. Although the head coach is reportedly prepping up Brynn Rumfallo to be the dance company's "next Maddie Ziegler," the show's fate will remain hanging in the balance as Miller tries to fend off a stream of fraud charges filed against her, BitBag reported.
